Stale claims

Find work an AI coding agent abandoned mid-task

Sessions crash, get closed or hit limits. Spot claims whose agent has gone, see what it recorded, and hand the work to someone else.

The problem

An agent claims a module, then its session dies. The claim keeps other agents away from work nobody is doing.

Spot it
inspect_work and concord status flag stale claims: active tasks whose owning agent is no longer present.

Read what was left
The task's decisions, findings and blockers are still in the workspace, so the next agent sees how far the last one got.

Reassign
transfer_work releases or reassigns the task. The version check stops two agents both picking it up.

Result

A dead session costs a reassignment, not a mystery lock on part of the codebase.
