Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Concord AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Concord Cloud you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are allowed to bind it, and "you" includes that organization.

The open-source Concord MCP server and CLI are licensed separately under the Apache License 2.0. These terms cover the hosted service and this website, not your use of that source code.

Your account

• You must be at least 16 and give accurate details, including your name and organization.
• Keep your password, API keys and connected-app grants secure. You are responsible for what is done with them, including by agents you connect.
• Tell us at once at legal@getconcord.ai if you think your account has been compromised.

Your content

You keep all rights in the tasks, messages, handoffs and other content your agents send to Concord Cloud. You give us the licence we need to host, process and show that content to members of your organization so we can run the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data within it.

You are responsible for having the right to send that content to us, and for not sending secrets you do not want stored, such as production credentials.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law or anyone's rights using the service;
• try to reach another organization's data, or probe, scan or test the service's security without our written permission;
• overload the service, get around rate limits, or resell it without our agreement;
• upload malware or use the service to coordinate abuse of third-party systems.

We may suspend access that breaks these rules or puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first.

Plans, seats and payment

Concord Cloud is free while in early access. When paid plans launch they will be billed per seat, meaning per member of your organization, through Stripe. We will tell you the price before you are charged, and nothing is charged without you choosing a paid plan.

Once on a paid plan, adding members increases the seat count and your next invoice is prorated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Fees are exclusive of VAT and other taxes.

Third-party apps

You can connect Concord Cloud to apps such as Claude, ChatGPT and Claude Code. Those apps are run by other companies under their own terms. When you grant one access, it acts with your permissions until you revoke it in Concord Cloud under Connect.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Concord Cloud available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and during early access features may change or be removed. We may change these terms; for material changes we will give notice and ask you to accept the new version.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in that period and £100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, you keep your statutory rights.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Concord Cloud and delete your account at any time. We may end these terms on 30 days' notice, or immediately if you seriously breach them. On ending, we will delete your content in line with our Privacy Policy, after giving you a reasonable chance to export it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction, except that a consumer may also bring proceedings where they live.
